Description

🌙 ICU Clinical Pharmacist Opportunity (7on7off - Nights)

We’re partnering with a large, acute-care medical center seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join their Internal Medicine team on a 7 on / 7 off night schedule. This role offers a strong blend of clinical rounding, pharmacokinetics, antimicrobial stewardship, and direct collaboration with physicians and care teams.

You’ll play a key role in medication management, dosing consults, and clinical interventions, while also contributing to resident and student education through precepting and mentorship. Ideal for pharmacists who enjoy working independently at night while still practicing at the top of their license in a team-based environment.
