Description

Permanent Inpatient Pharmacist - Northwestern Colorado

Join a Critical Access Hospital as an Inpatient Pharmacist in a rural location offering a unique blend of small-town charm and outdoor adventures. The town is nestled in the scenic Yampa Valley and is surrounded by stunning landscapes, including nearby national forests and parks that provide year-round opportunities for hiking, fishing, skiing, and wildlife viewing. The community is known for its friendly atmosphere, affordable living, and slower pace, which appeals to those looking to escape the hustle of urban life while still enjoying meaningful work.

This role will help support the hospital and includes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and customer focused patient care. Key responsibilities include good communication, working well as a team and preparing Sterile IV's, including chemotherapy to support the oncology infusion unit.

Qualifications:
BS in Pharmacy required; PharmD and CO license preferred
At least 1 year of recent acute care hospital pharmacy experience
Retail pharmacists welcome if combined with acute care hospital pharmacy experience
Candidates with IV Compounding experience highly desired
Several Years of Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience preferred
