Permanent Chief Nursing Officer needed for CAH in Picturesque Maine

We're seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for a Critical Access Hospital in Northern Maine. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven nursing leader to make a significant impact in a close-knit community hospital while enjoying the natural beauty and outdoor recreation that Maine has to offer.

What We're Looking For:

*BSN required; MSN highly preferred.
*Minimum years of nursing leadership experience and 5 years of staff-level nursing experience (10 years combined experience minimum)
*ER and/or Critical Care experience highly preferred.
*Will consider a Nurse Director with experience overseeing multiple nursing departments.
*Strong ability to mentor, train, and support nursing staff.
*Proven track record in improving patient care, compliance, and operational efficiency.
