Quick Facts

  • Hybrid hospitalist position for an organization running the program at a hospital
  • 7-on/7-off day block schedule from 8 am – 5 pm (or similar hours); no ICU or procedures
  • Monday to Friday; 8 am – 12 pm hospital clinic; 1 pm – 5 pm hospitalist rounding with NP coverage
  • Saturday/Sunday on light call by phone with NPs; only round if needed (minimal)
  • Great schedule with fewer hours compared to the standard 12-hour shifts on the block schedule
  • Competitive base salary and benefits package
  • IM or FM physicians available now or 2025 residents; J-1 visa sponsorship available
  • Most hospital staff live in Tulsa, Oklahoma, suburbs that are a reasonable commute to the hospital
