My client a hospital management group in Oklahoma is seeking a Permanent Corporate Director of Facilities Management to join their team. Currently, the organization manages 3 Critical Access Hospitals and anticipates growth in the near future. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline, minimum of ten (10) years of experience within a major healthcare organization or health care system setting, and five (5) years of relevant major construction and facility maintenance experience. The position is located in the Oklahoma City area in the corporate offices and the Facilities Director be a subject matter expert and resource for the Plant Ops Managers in each facility The selected candidate will be rewarded with a fantastic base salary, relocation assistance, annual bonus potential, and wonderful benefits package.
