Description

We are seeking a Director of Nursing for a state of the art rural hospital in Maine. The Director of Nursing oversees operations and staff in the Emergency Room, Lifespan (Medical Surgical and OB), and Infusion Services, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance in a critical access hospital. This position is responsible for strategic planning, staff management, and patient care coordination. This is a full time, permanent, on-site opportunity requiring relocation and offering relocation assistance. *The Director of Nursing reports directly to the CNO *BSN Required *Minimum 5-7 years ER and Med-Surg Nursing Experience Required *Minimum 5-7 years RN Leadership Experience Required *Offering a generous base salary, relocation assistance, and sign-on bonus. *Located in beautiful Northern Maine in a classic New England town filled with picturesque harbors.
